Recall 40 Training Seminars ©

Tim developed this revolutionary seminar training method after observing time and time again that information presented in a typical training seminar doesn’t stick with the participants. “Education is about retention, recall, and application”, says Steed. “Think about the book Seven Habits of Highly Effective People by Steven Covey. When I ask participants how many people have read the book, generally about 80 percent of the room will raise their hands. When I ask those people if they can name all seven habits, not one single hand will go up. That tells me people aren’t experiencing long term learning and that’s what you want because it’s costly to bring in seminars to your business. And if you don’t know it or can’t recall it, then how could you even think of how to properly apply it?”

And the answer is…you can’t.

People best learn in short doses and then need time for the information to sink in.

In Tim’s seminars you’ll train for 40 minutes, break for 10, and then work on the recall and relevant application for the final 10 minutes out of the hour. Then, you’ll move on to the next 40 minute session.

Something else that separates Tim Steed’s Recall 40 Training Seminars© from other seminars is that you have the unique opportunity to mix and match different training modules from his many seminar topics. So if you need the morning session to cover time management and the afternoon’s session to cover completely different topics, then you can rest assured you’re getting the training that’s most beneficial for your time spent in class.

In fact, you could actually pull five different modules from five different seminars to create a unique seminar that’s guaranteed to have the most impact for your company.

Another advantage with the Recall 40 Training Seminars© is that you can schedule whole day seminars or seminars that have just one or two modules. Tim with work with you and your schedule to provide personal tailoring that will ensure your successful time together exceeds expectations.

In essence, what Tim has done is combine creative brainstorming methods, adult learning, and corporate training into the most effective and long lasting seminars available today.

And add in the laugh factor, and you’ve got a hit on your hands.
